What sort of contracts do we undertake?
We will consider many types of building contract from medium to large house extensions right up to large new-build bespoke houses. As a rule of thumb, we do not generally undertake small domestic projects (under £25,000). Click here for examples of recently completed projects.
We are also quite at home with commercial projects for local authorities, housing associations and business.
What can we do?
We can oversee your project from initial feasibility stage, through to design, planning, approval for Building Regulations and ultimately construction and completion on site.
Once detailed drawings and a specification are available, we can provide you with an itemised quotation for your work, together with a full project schedule to facilitate works being completed on site within the set budget and deadline.
When work is ready to commence on site, we will organise and finance all the necessary labour and materials to be supplied in accordance with the project schedule.
As work proceeds, we normally apply for monthly stage payments from our customers against the original quotation based on work completed in the previous period.
Our work carries a 12-month warranty as standard. This can be extended to a fully insurance-backed warranty, for example the Federation of Master Builders "MasterBond" scheme, which works in a similar way to the NHBC "Buildmark" scheme for new homes. Contact us for more information.
